Unbalanced diet

Irregular meals

Many people believe that water causes them to gain extra weight, but that's not true. Water cleanses the body, provided you are in good shape and not consuming large amounts of salt.

 

Negative attitude

You've decided to lose weight by the time summer comes. You're eagerly waiting for July to indulge in your favorite desserts again. Does this sound familiar? Yo-yo effect guaranteed! Your diet should be part of your daily routine, not just a momentary effort. Otherwise, you'll never lose weight for good. If you want success, you have to do things that are uncomfortable for you.
